We provide a bespoke training programme for all our staff, and some of which is likely to be in conjunction with all our clients. We will work to provide training and development for all staff. This will be a task driven, multi-skilled training approach which creates a far more expansive and positive career path for otherwise limited staff. We find that this generates significantly improved motivation levels as well as a more flexible workforce. We recognize the need for high levels of training for sensitive premises. Having undertaken the recruitment and selection in a thorough and comprehensive way, we feel it of extreme importance that employees are inducted into their new job in a similar way. A summary of the training programme has been summarized and copy can be provided to all our clients upon request.

Our Management team will use relevant methods and skills to complete unique tasks and address the problems, while well defined, have a measure of complexity, including taking responsibility for completing tasks and procedures as well as exercising autonomy and judgement within limited parameters.
